1. Die Stadt Bochum bietet z.Zt. über 100 sofort beziehbare Sozialwohnungen in jeder Größe an. (Bochum.de Wohnungsangebote)
2. Die Stadt Bochum bittet, keine neuen Wohnungen für Flüchtlinge zu melden, weil kein Bedarf besteht.(Bochum.de Wohnraum für Flüchtlinge)
3. Hiltrop – dort wird ‚Gerthe West‘ gebaut – hat jetzt schon über 90% mehr Sozialwohnungen als der städtische Mittelwert.( WAZ v.28.12.2017)
Warum wird die soziale Schieflage durch 300 neue Sozialwohnungen im Bochumer Norden weiter verstärkt?
