Es ist schon erstaunlich, wie viele Interpretationen eines Rahmenplan-Vorentwurfes möglich zu sein scheinen. Bei der Aufzählung der SPD fehlt allerdings die Beibehaltung des Wohnwertes der Gerther und Hiltroper Bürger bezogen auf Naherholung/Grünflächen, Frischluftzufuhr/Klima, Verkehr etc.
Wie wertschätzend geht man mit den Bürgern des Bochumer Nordens um und welche Ängste können da unberechtigt sein ?
